Idli is a very famous breakfast in southern india, idlis m by steaming a batter of soaked lentils and rice ,and also can be made with rawa or sooji also. I always prefer to made with rawa as its healthier then lentil and rice idli. Goes well with sambhar and chutney , but if you dont have time make all these then make it with podi masala .you will love it definitely .
