Ingredients For Red Rice and Spinach cutlets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixer jar add boiled red rice,green chili , garlic cloves and spinach and grind it . Take a mixing bowl pour this mixture and add red chili powder, mashed potato ,turmeric powder,coriander powder ,salt ,chili flax ,chaat Masala and chopped green coriander and mix it well.
  • 2. Now small portions of this mixture and make a round shape cutlets from mixture. Now heat a fry pan add 1 tbsp oil and place 3-4 cutlets in a time and roast them from all sides. Our red rice spinach cutlets are ready to serve. We can serve these cutlets with chutney or catch up.
