You can make your own tea mix at home. Buy Desi pink roses/damask roses and Chameli flowers . Separate the petals, wash them 2-3 times and spread on cloth to dry. Dry in the sun or airy window for a week or until they shrivels and dried. Measure and mix with half the quantity of green tea leaves. TaDa! Your own special tea mix is ready! Try increasing Rose petal portion and enjoy this aromatic refresher on the go! Happy Spring!

Ingredients For Rose & Jasmine Green Tea Cooler Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil 5 cups of tap water for a minute. Cover and cool it for another minute.
  • 2. In a glass jar/ ceramic pot, add dried rose petals and Jasmine green tea. Pour over the boiled water. Cover with kitchen towel and let it brew for 3 minutes. Strain in another glass jar.
  • 3. Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup by mixing 1cup sugar with 1/2 cup water. Put off the flame the moment sugar dissolves.
  • 4. Mix sugar syrup with strained Brew. Let it cool at room temparature. Fill in the bottles and refrigerate.
  • 5. Enjoy it chilled. A true refreshing sumner drink with all the natural goodness.
