The dough should be soft. Fill the prepared dough in a piping bag.

To make a rosette, Use N1 or 1M nozzle and start piping the cookies on a lined baking tray. Bake these cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 min.

After 15 min, take the baked cookies out from the oven and let them rest on the tray itself. The cookies will be crispy on cooling down.
