Drain off excess water from sabudana if any before cooking. Sabudana will fluff up after soaking.transfer it into a big bowl.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom non stick pan. Add cumin seeds greens chilli and curry leaves, stir for minute. Add potatoes and cook it in a low flame for 5 minutes. Saute it.

Add sugar, salt,black pepper, cumin powder, crushed roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and lemon juice to the sabudana bowl and mix well.

Now transfer the coated sabudana to the pan, mix everything well. cover the lid. Keep stirring occasionally. Cook it for 5 minutes more.

Transfer it in the serving plate garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot.
