1. I have used small sago. If using big sago then soak it overnight or more than 3 hours. 2. Fry till golden brown and crispy.

Methods
  • 1. Soak the sago for 1hour. Remove excess water and keep aside.
  • 2. Next in a bowl mix onion, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, besan flour and salt.
  • 3. Mix well and combine everything. Make balls out of the mixture.
  • 4. Now, deep fry the balls in hot oil keeping the flame in medium.
  • 5. Fry, stirring occasionally till the bondas turn golden brown and crispy.
  • 6. Drain out the excess oil and enjoy!!
