How to make Sago / Sabudana Namkeen Mixture Recipe

Heat enough oil in a pan. Deep fry the sago / sabudana and strain it.

In the same oil deep fry the peanuts on a low flame and strain it. Peel and wash the potato and grate it.
3.
In the same oil deep fry the grated potato and strain it. Take a large bowl combine fried sago / sabudana,fried peanuts and fried grated potato and mix well.
4.
Season with salt,black salt ,sugar powder and chat masala and mix well. Serve with tea.
