Methods
  • 1. Roughly chop spinach leaves and remove the stems of it.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker add oil and jeera. Once the jeera cracks add sliced onions and chopped garlic and ginger to it.
  • 3. Add spinach to it and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, tumeric powder. Add chopped tomatoes and 1 cup water.
  • 4. Close the pressure cooker and cook till 5 whistles. Once the pressure is released mix it well with help of madira.
  • 5. For tadka. Add oil in a sauce pan. Add garli . Once it splutters add red chilli powder and hing. Immediately pour it over the bhaji and close the pressure cooker
  • 6. Serve hot with steam Rice :)
