In a pan take 1 tbsp oil, add cumin, ginger garlic, chilli paste, fry, add onion& fry till light pink, then coconut, khuskhus coriander powder, jeera powder, raisins, cashews, red chilli powder,salt, mix.

Then add coriander leaves & stir for few more min.Switch of the flame

Now for outer covering mix besan, flour,salt, turmeric, chilli powder, hing & make a dough.let it rest for some time & then knead.

Take lemon size of the dough &roll into a chapatti, keep 2tbsp of the coriander stuffing in middle &fold the edges &seal with water.make all sambar wadi in this way &fry in hot oil on medium flame.

This snack can be served with kadhi, sauce,any chutney & fried green chilli.

In nagpur (vidarbha region) coriander leaves ate called sambar and..... hence the name.
