Sannatta Dahi phulki chaat is healthy option of #streetfood #dahipakorachaat because these phulkies are nonfried mini idlies ,steamed and easy to make. It has named as
“Sannatta Dahi phulki chaat”

Mix both the pastes . Make thick batter, using water as needed. Add green chilies paste to taste, salt and red chilli powder.

Mix and beatwell to make it fluffy.well. Add Add sufficient water to steamer and grease small idli mould. Heat till water reach to boiling temperature. Mix batter well.

.At last, add fruit salt with lemon juice . Again mix well and pour the prepared dal flour mixture into idli small moulds. Steam till cooked for about 5-7 minutes.

When ready, cool and remove mini idlies from moulds. Keep aside to cool.

How to serve with tadka dahi to make Sannatta dahi phulki - Heat the oil for the tadka, add the mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves and pour over the beaten thin curd.

Add salt and sugar powder to the beaten curd. Pour the curd over the prepared mini idlies or phulkies and let them soak in tarka curd for 2 hours. Chill .

Arrange in a bowl or deep platter and top with black pepper powder ,jeera (roasted and powdered) and serve. Garnish with redchilli, chopped coriander ,pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts. “Sannatta dahi phulki chaat is ready to serve.
