Ingredients For Semolina ki idli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add 1 cup semolina in it
  • 2. Add 1/2 spoon of salt and 1/2 cup of curd
  • 3. Add water as per requirement in it
  • 4. Mix it well
  • 5. Keep it for 15 minutes
  • 6. After 15 minutes add baking powder in it and then mix it well
  • 7. Put a pan on a gas and on the gas flame then add the half cup of water
  • 8. Then boil the water then take a Idli stand put a little drops of oil on Idli boxes then put the paste on the idli Boxes
  • 9. Then put the Idli stand in the pan and cover it then boil it for 15 minutes
  • 10. After 15 minutes close the gas flame and get out the Idli stand from the pan
  • 11. And get out the Idli from the Idli boxes your Idli is ready
  • 12. Then serve it with the Nariyal sauce
