Firstly,in a bowl take sooji & curd mix well.Add sugar,ginger & chilli paste & salt Mix well to form a thick batter.

Rest for 30 mins till it absorbs its moisture.Further add water as required & mix well.

Get the dhokla to idli batter & add eno fruit salt.Mix gently.Transfer it to a greased plate.

Steam the dhokla for 12 mins.

Preapring the tempering by heating oil.Add mustard seeds,jeera & Hing. Add curry leaves & green chilly. Saute for a while & spread it over the dhokla.
6.
Cut the dhokla into desired shape.Garnish it with nylon Sev & Corriander leaves
