Ingredients For Semolina spinach kabab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, dry roast the semolina for 10-12 minutes on a low flame. Now add the spinach puree and stir it continuously to avoid any lumps, add salt and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool down.Add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder and mix it properly.
  • 2. Make round patties and stuff it with mawa.Stir fry these semolina kebabs on both sides for 10 to 12 minutes.Serve these hot and yummy semolina kebabs with green chutney.
