Take a bowl add semolina, curd and water and make a batter for idli and keep it for rest 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add salt and veggies and mix well and

Add baking soda and mix it again. Now heat a idli steamer and add water now grease idli mold with oil and pour mixture in idli mold and sprinkle some green coriander and veggies on idlies and place this idli stand in steamer and cover it with lid and cook idli in medium flame for 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes remove the lid and check with a knife that idlies are cooked or not . If knife is clear so our idli is ready to serve. We can serve this idli with red chutney or coconut chutney.
