Methods
  • 1. Add one tablespoon ghee then Dry roast the vermicelli till it is reddish pink and let it cool.
  • 2. Fry all the dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins) for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Don't fry dry dates just cut them lengthwise after deseeding them.
  • 4. Boil the milk for 20 minutes till it reduced. Then add little milk in dry dates to soaked.
  • 5. Add all the fried dry fruits, making sure that the gas is on low.Add roasted vermicelli. Then add cardamom powder.
  • 6. Add dry dates to the milk.then add sugar 1 cup.
  • 7. Mix it well all the ingredients.
  • 8. Now serve as a hot and garnish it with dry Fruits.
