Boil soya with salt and three cup of water for five minutes and strain it. Marinate soya with red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the soya chunks and remove it. Take one cup rice and two cup water in a pan and once boiled keep it in a low flame and cover it after ten minutes rice is fully done and turn off the flame.

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic and whole onion and saute for one minutes.

Add all the veggies and saute for two to three minutes. in a high flame Add boiled rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.
5.
Add soya sauce,shezwan sauce and hot and sweet red chilly sauce and mix well Serve hot with veg manchurian.
