Ingredients For Spinach corn sabzi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the palak leaves in water also add little salt while boiling it.
  • 2. Drain the water and then place it into grinder and grind it into fine paste.
  • 3. Now heat the pan and add 2 tbsp oil and some butter then add ginger garlic chilli paste and saute well.
  • 4. Now add chopped onion and boiled corns to it. Cook till onion gets transparent.
  • 5. Now add prepared palak paste to it and some water and mix it nicely.
  • 6. Now add chilli powder, cumin powder, Kitchen king masala and salt as per taste.
  • 7. Mix it and cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • 8. Now garnish it with fresh cream.
  • 9. Serve hot with chapati/roti/naan/bhakri.
