Ingredients For Spring Onion lachha paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take maida followed by salt in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Knead medium soft dough add little by little water.
  • 3. Keep aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop green part from spring onion.
  • 4. In bowl, take ghee and maida and make paste.
  • 5. Now from dough take some portion. Coat with maida and flatten out thin.
  • 6. Apply ghee paste and spring Onion. Press with hand.
  • 7. Roll it in cylinder and once again on side apply paste.
  • 8. Again roll it and flatten out it.
  • 9. Heat tawa and apply oil. Put paratha on tawa and roast it from both side with help of oil.
