Methods
  • 1. Boil sprouted mung and keep aside.
  • 2. In a a pan heat butter. Add chopped onion amd carrot to it. Saute it and add red chilli powder along with black salt
  • 3. Add this mix to the sprouted mung. Add green chilli sauce and lemon juice. Add chopped tomatoes and cucumber. combine well.
  • 4. Add boiled macroni along with chopped coriander.
  • 5. Sprinkle chaat masala in top. You can also grate cheese on top
