Condensed Milk can be used instead of Milk powder and MilkIf u dnt hv mould you can also use any other way to make a design on it. Like fork, or knife etc.

Ingredients For Suji (Rawa) Rasbhari Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To make Rasbhari Place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to it.
  • 2. continuously stir and melt sugar well.
  • 3. After sugar melt well add saffron strands, and orange food color, and mix well.
  • 4. After sugar syrup ready turn off the flame and keep it aside.
  • 5. Now place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of ghee to it.
  • 6. When ghee melt then add 1/2 cup of semolina and roast on medium flame.
  • 7. After Semolina roasted well then add 1cup of milk in batches .
  • 8. mix well and cook until it starts leaving the pan
  • 9. Now take a plate and grease it with oil.
  • 10. transfer suji mix to the greased plate and let it cool.
  • 11. Now add 1tsp of cardamom powder and 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  • 12. mix everything well with your hands and prepare a smooth dough.
  • 13. Now take a small part of the dough and prepare lemon sized balls.
  • 14. Now take any Designer Mould and Make a design on it.
  • 15. Now place a pan on gas add oil for deep frying and heat well.
  • 16. Now add Prepared Rasbari Mithai in the oil one by one.
  • 17. cook well on both sides on a low medium flame
  • 18. After it becomes golden take it out and transfers it to sugar syrup for 5 to 6 minute
  • 19. After 5 minutes transfer them to a plate
  • 20. Now follow the same process and fry all Rasbhari and coat in sugar syrup well.
  • 21. Now your Rasbhari Mithai is complexly ready and decorate with some pistachio or almond flakes.
  • 22. Its ready to eat enjoy hot or cool them in refrigerator..
