Methods
  • 1. Mix all the flour. Add salt and ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • 2. Add salt, chopped onions, tomato, coriander leaves the using required amount of water knead a soft dough.
  • 3. Take a small portion from the dough.
  • 4. Spread wet cotton cloth on surface.
  • 5. Keep a dough ball and using your palm, spread it like a roti.
  • 6. Make it like a semi thin roti. Make a hole in center
  • 7. On a hot griddle, cook it from both the sides using little oil.
  • 8. Serve along with curd.
