  • 1. Ingredients for Til Chikki are ready, fry sesame seeds in a pan on low heat. fry on medium heat till the jaggery melts.
  • 2. Mix ghee in sugar syrup. Boil the jaggery syrup on low flame till it becomes shiny and thick. mix cardamom powder and add sesame seeds.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture on the greased surface. Roll out the chikkis using a rolling pin. Using a knife, make cut marks on the chikki and give it the desired shape.
  • 4. Garnish the til chikki with almonds and serve. Store the chikki in an airtight container.
