Take oil, milkmaid, yogurt, vanilla essence in a bowl and beat them well.

In another bowl, take all dry ingredients and mix it well. Now mix this mixture with liquid mixture. Add milk and make a batter of it.

Add chopped almond and grated cashew nuts.

Now in a hot tawa, add 3tbsp liquid nolen gur and sesame seeds. Cook it till it sticky and then spread it on a greased butter paper. Let it cool for few minutes.

Once it's cool , it will hard like chikki. Roughly blend it and mix it to the batter.

Now grease a baking tray with oil and make a layer of chopped pitha or morobba.

Pour the cake batter over it and tap it for 3 to 4 times to release the air bubbles inside it.

Now bake it in pre heated oven for 35 minutes at 190℃.

After that make it cool for few minutes and then demould the cake.

Take a serving plate and place the cake pitha side on top.
11.
For garnishing, pour liquid date palm jaggery from top. Add roasted sesame seeds and any chopped dry fruits.
