Methods
  • 1. Crumble tofu in a bowl.
  • 2. Add all the flours, chopped greens, onion slices, boiled vegetables, green chilly to the crumbled tofu
  • 3. Sprinkle salt, cumin and coriander powder to it. Mix well.
  • 4. Make the above mix as a firm dough.
  • 5. Take small balls of the dough and shape into lollipops.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Deep fry the shaped lollipops on both sides until they turn golden brown and are cooked well.
  • 7. Transfer the crispy lollipops into a serving plate. Insert toothpicks into the fried lollipops
  • 8. Serve hot with any chutney
