Ingredients For Tomato light soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash & cut tomatoes. Transfer to a pan.
  • 2. Add 500 ml water & pepper corns. Cover & cook till tomatoes turn soft.
  • 3. Once cool puree it & strain. Heat butter in a pan. Fry cumin.
  • 4. Add finely chopped onions. Fry till light brown.
  • 5. Add tomato puree, salt, rasam powder, tamarind paste, jaggery. Bring to boil.
  • 6. Add more water if required to adjust consistency. Boil for 3-4 min.
  • 7. Turn off flame. Garnish with cream.
