Wash and boil spinach leaves. Stain and grind in grinder and make paste. Also boil beetroot. Stain and grind and make paste.

Take all purpose flour. Add a pinch of salt and divide it into 3 equal parts.

In one part add spinach paste and mix well, in second part add beetroot paste and mix well and Nothing add in 3rd part. Keep it in white color.

Mix well all parts separately and make soft dough. Make white dough adding with sufficient water. cover and keep aside for 2 minutes .

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic and green chili and saute. Add onion, saute till translucent. Add all chopped vegetables and saute on high flame.

Add salt and black pepper powder and mix. Add soy sauce and mix every thing well. Off the flame and keep it in a plate for cool down.

Divide prepared dough of all purpose flour into small equal parts. make small sized poori from the all colors of flour with the help of rolling pin.
8.
Stuff 1 tsp of vegetables mixture in all colors of poori. Make any shape of momos.
9.
Boil water in a steamer and keep prepared momos in steamer. Cook it for 15-20 minutes on high flame. After 20 minutes remove from heat and serve hot multi colored momos with sauce.
