Cut the dates into small pieces or grind it in mixture jar.

Mash the tamarind with hands. Mash the tamarind with your hands. Sieve it’s pulp with a sieve.

Heat a pan add tamarind pulp and dates. Cook it on low heat till it starts thicken. Add rest of the ingredients of mithi chutney. Simmer it for few minutes. Transfer it in a bowl.

White chutney:- Take a bowl . Whisk curd . Add all the ingredients. Mix it well. Keep it in a refrigerator.

Take a mixer jar add all the ingredients of green chutney. Grind it. If needed add 1 tsp water.
