How to make Two in One Heart Shape Carrot Halwa Kalakand Recipe
1.
In a non-stick pan, on low-medium heat, add the Mawa and condensed milk, stirring it gently using a silicone spatula.

continue heating until the Mawa it's moisture and starts to thicken, and begins to from a thick mass. this should take around 12 minutes.

Now add 2tbsp of milk powder and stir again,cooking the mixture for a further 5min.

The mixture should resemble more of a mass by now, and less of a paste.

Slowly turn the mixture out over the cooled shortbread,press down on the mixture gently.

The Kalakand will set as it cools.

Firstly add ghee in a heavy bottom kadai.

Secondly add Grated Carrot in it and roast for 3min on medium flame.

Then add milk in carrot, and cook for 30 minutes on low to medium flame,Meanwhile mix it gently few times.

when milk start evaporated,then add sugar and cardamom powder in it and mix gently, cook for 10 minutes on low flame or till milk and sugar mixture evaporated.

Now add Mawa in it and mix it,cook it for 2-3 min.

Carrot Halwa is ready.

Transfer this Kalakand mixture 1side in greased tray Other side Carrot Halwa mixture & level it with spatula or spoon, sprinkle chopped pistachios, chill refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set completely.
14.
Cut the Two in One Heart Shape Carrot Halwa Kalakand, love shep cooki cutter in love shep pieces, transfer them on serving plate and serve it.
