First wash and soak the dal for 10 minutes.Take a cooker add ghee and cumin seeds when they crackle add onion and roast it for 2 minutes then add lauki and roast it for a while now add daliya and roast it for 2-3 minutes after it add dal without water and roast it for a minute.

Now add all spices and salt and mix it well now add boiling water slowly and mix it and cover the lid and take two whistle in medium flame. After it switch off the flame and let it cool down. Now remove the lid and add Green coriander and mix it well. So our veg masala Daliya is ready to serve
