Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add maida , salt and water and knead a very soft dough for 5 mins.
  • 2. Grease it with oil and rest it for 30 mins.
  • 3. Now in a pan add oil , ginger , garlic and green chilli saute it well.
  • 4. Now add spring onion and saute it well.
  • 5. Now add carrot , pepper and cabbage saute it well
  • 6. After 30 mins knead the dough again , roll it gently dust the maida , if required.
  • 7. Roll a thin circle fill in the stuffing , start pleating and seal it tightly.
  • 8. Place it in a steamer , steam it for 10 mins sirf it with mayonnaise sauce ,tomato sauce
