Basically Galouti kebab is non vegetarian dish but I have given it a vegetarian version and am quite sure that you all will like it. It is a big hit in my friend circle as well as in my family.

Recipe Notes

1.Don't put much oil in pan for frying kebabs. Just shallow fry them.2. If the mixture is very soft ,add extra besan.

Ingredients For Vegetarian Galouti Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixer jar blend all the dry masala along with cashews.
  • 2. Soak soya granules in hot water for 30 minutes. Squeeze it.
  • 3. In a mixer jar, add Rajma, soya chunks, besan, ginger, chilli paste, fried onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder, aamchur powder, dry masala, lemon juice.
  • 4. Make a fine paste by blending it properly.
  • 5. Transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl.
  • 6. Take a portion of the mixture and make kebabs.
  • 7. Refrigerate the kebabs for 3-4 hours.
  • 8. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the kebabs on medium to low flame .
  • 9. Fry till both the sides get golden brown.
  • 10. Serve hot with green chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves.
