Khichdi is the greatest Indian comfort food ,full healthy meal and one dish complete meal in itself accompany it with bowl of curd,raita,salad , pickle and papad and you are done with a soul satisfying meal.

Soak broken Wheat in water for 2 hours and both Dals for half hour.. take a pressure cooker add oil .When oil heat add all dry masala .fry for golden colour then add all spices and chop onion , potato,cabbage chopped,garlic pasteSoak broken Wheat in water for 2 hours ,rice, Dals for half an hour.

Then add rice and dal add water.Then take a 3 whistle. When pressure released add coriander,lemon juice.

Serve brown rice khichdi with raita,kadhie, salads.now ready to serve.
