Take 1 bowl and mix Wheat flour and samolina. Now add crushed Caron , salt , and 1/4 cup of oil and mix well. Now add some some water and mix and make a tight dough. Then cover the dough and put it for 15 minutes for rest.

Then take the dough and make small small balls of the dough and keep aside. Now roll the balls of dough thickly with diameter of 2 inches

Make holes 4 to 5 times in the matri using a fork on the sides.

Now put Pan on the stove and open the flame at high and put 250 ml oil in it and now fry matri at mideam to low flame till it will get light brown.
5.
Now put them out and your matri are ready now serve.
