Ingredients For Whole wheat samosa pizza recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, add warm water, sugar,salt, yeast and give a good stir. Close the bowl and let it rest for 10 mins till yeast blooms.
  • 2. In a wide bowl, add the yeast mix, coconut oil, wheat flour and easily stretch fold for around 40 times (no need to knead much).
  • 3. Close the bowl and let it rest for 30 mins. after 30 mins , stretch fold again for 30 times.
  • 4. In the meantime, in kadai heat oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till golden.
  • 5. Add 1 chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy, add spice powders and mix.
  • 6. Add chopped carrot, beans, capsicum, peas ,salt, little water and let the vegs boil to crunchy.
  • 7. Garnish with coriander leaves and let it cool down.
  • 8. Brush the baking tray with oil, spread the dough till the edges rim.
  • 9. Spread the vegs on the corner, gently fold the dough around the corner to cover the vegs, brush with little milk
  • 10. In the middle spread, capsicum, onions, paneer, tomatoes, cheese, tomato ketchup
  • 11. Bake at 180 degree C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes
  • 12. Remove from oven, spread little oil, sprinkle seasonings, slice and enjoy.
