Methods
  • 1. Mix the butter and sugar for 8-10 min till u get the fluffy and white batter
  • 2. add cashew powder,whole wheat flour,cardamon powder,corn flour,baking soda,baking powder and mix well
  • 3. mix all the ingredients and collect it making a soft dough.
  • 4. place the dough between parchment paper and roll thick chapati.
  • 5. cut round circles with cookie cutter or any bowls of small size.
  • 6. remove the extra dough from the sides and make impressions on the biscuits with any lid as we see in Britannia Good Day Biscuit
  • 7. Bake in OTG for 8-10 min.You can even bake on gas by placing the biscuits on the plate lined with aluminium foil for 20 min
  • 8. our crunchu biscuits are ready..
