Very tasty, innovative and healthy and perfect recipe for winter, try this once and beat the winter this year.... easy to make and very delicious and enjoy.

Heat ghee, fry the Julien onion till light brown in colour when done left out keep aside,

Coarsaly crushed the cumin, black cardamom, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, fennel and coriander seeds

Add bay leaf in hot ghee, add chopped onion, saute this till

Add crushed dry ingredients in this and stir

When onion colour change add garlic and ginger in this, Saute

Add chicken stock and chopped onion and green chilli, salt as per taste in this and cook on low flame till pleasant smell all around

Now switch of gas, Strain the mixture

Again melt some butter and ghee in a pan and fry the egg and keep aside

Now add choped fresh methi saute this

Add whisked curd and saute on low flame

Now add strain shorba and again cook on low flame

Whisk the raw egg in a seprate bowl nicely

When Shorba is boiling add whisk egg gradualy in this and continue stir till all whisked egg finish

When done add lemon juice, fresh coriander and switch of gas

Cut the fry egg in cubes or optional size and shape

Now transfer the hot shorba in serving bowl add egg pieces, add already fried onion over this and sprinkle some chilli flakes over the top serve and enjoy
