I never thought that papad can be given such an innovative and nutritious turn while eating. This recipe is full of nutrients like protein, potassium, dietary fiber, calcium and Vitamin B (cobalamin) as the base of this dish is rajma. Addition of vegetables makes it full of antioxidants too. Being so easy to make, this dish is a great mix of taste and nutrition.

This is a very interesting recipe. Looks healthy as well. Only challenge seems to be making the cone of the papad.

Enjoyed having this chat pathaa snack , a perfect party starter .by the way to get that cone shape all you have to do is to use a tong .
