Ingredients For Rajma Burger Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend boiled rajma, onion, garlic, spices and bread slices in a mixer.
  • 2. If mixture doesn't bind well, add 1 more bread slice.
  • 3. Mould mixture in the desired shape and dust it with little gram flour/besan or any other flour available.
  • 4. Heat the oil in a kadhai for two minutes.
  • 5. Fry tikki until it turns golden brown. Keep tikki on an absorbent paper.
  • 6. Now cut each burger bun horizontally into two.
  • 7. Spread ½ tsp of butter insides of each half of the burger bun. Place a lettuce leaf and tomato slice on the bun. Place a tikki.
  • 8. Place the upper half of the bun over it. Press it lightly.
  • 9. Serve immediately with sauce.
  • 10. Note: You can coat tikki in bread crumbs as well.
