Chicken Corn Wonton With Soup Recipe

In this Regional Contest I have cooked, Chicken Wonton and soup. This Chicken Wonton is a famous recipe in China, served with soup. Now this Chicken Wonton becomes very popular in our country and who loves Chinese Dishes,, they all love this Chicken Wonton mainly as starter .

Ingredients For Chicken Corn Wonton With Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take maida in a bowl and add 1/2 spoon salt, chilliflakes ,1/2 tsp pepper powder, 6 tsp oil .
  • 2. Then add required semi hot water and break the egg with maida and make a dough and cover the dough with a damp cloth
  • 3. Cut the onion into small pieces and keep these in a bowl
  • 4. Cut the chicken into small pieces and these pieces are added with 2 cups of water and add corn and cut cabbage, Spring onion and then boiled in a pressure cooker.
  • 5. For making stuffing........ Heat the pan and add 2 spoons of butter in it and add half portion of onion,chopped garlic, half portion of boiled chicken, chopped green chillies.
  • 6. Then add some boiled chopped cabbage, some spring onion and add salt and 1/2 spoon of pepper and add corn and some pudina leaf
  • 7. Stir for a while and add some water and when it becomes dry then remove it and keep it in a bowl and the chicken corn stuffing is ready.
  • 8. Now from the dough make three big balls and make like a roti and with a knife cut the sides and make it in a square shape and cut from middle.
  • 9. Keep some stuffings on each half portion and then fold form one corner with another corner and press the all sides with finger pressure
  • 10. Then fold form two sides and make six Wonton from 3 portions of dough made by maida
  • 11. Then heat a non stick deep pan and when it becomes hot pour oil in it and fry all the Wonton and all the Wonton are ready to serve decorated with pudina leaf.
  • 12. For making soup........ Heat a deep pan and add remaining butter and when it is melted add remaining onion and stir for a while.
  • 13. Pour all the remaining boiled chicken,, cabbage, spring onion with it's boiled water and add remaining salt ,pepper and grated cheese.
  • 14. Boil it for a while and the soup is ready to serve.
