Ingredients For Chicken Malai Tikka Sizzler Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 500gm boneless chicken in a bowl.
  • 2. Add fresh cream, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder , garam masala powder, chat masala powder, salt, black pepper powder.
  • 3. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chill, coriander leaves, lemon juice.
  • 4. Mix well and marinate for atleast 1 hour.
  • 5. Now heat oil and shallow fry all the pieces until it is cooked properly.
  • 6. Now heat the sizzler plate add cabbage and onion.
  • 7. Now add all the pieces of previously cooked chicken.
  • 8. Now add the left over marination to give a nice sizzle.
