Ingredients For Chicken and paneer Barbeque Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl and add dahi cashew paste garam masala red chilli powder barbeque seasoning fresh cream butter and salt.
  • 2. Mix all the above ingredient well to prepare a marination. Keep it aside for a while.
  • 3. Now take some boneless chicken and paneer and give a cut to every piece so that the marination can be absorbed by the meat and paneer properly.
  • 4. Now marinate the chicken pieces and paneer properly and thoroughly and make sure the flavors get properly into the pieces.
  • 5. Keep the marinated chicken and paneer for 6 hours so that all the flavors and marination is absorbed properly.
  • 6. After this burn some coal in a barbeque and start grilling the meat and paneer by adding some Ghee slowly.
  • 7. Serve hot with green chutney and barbeque sauce.
