Ingredients For CHICKEN STUFFED DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the chicken pieces well and mix lemon juice and red chilli powder with it and keep it side for 15 mins.
  • 2. Cut the onions into very small pieces.
  • 3. Soak the Toor dal with water for 1 hour before cooking.
  • 4. Now heat a non stick pan and add 50 gms butter in it and add onions and stir it continuously until the onions become brownish in colour.
  • 5. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir nicely and then add chicken pieces in it.
  • 6. Mix thoroughly and add pepper powder and salt and after some time add water and cover it and allow to boil.
  • 7. After some time remove the lid and when the gravy becomes dense and thick and dry remove it from the pan.
  • 8. Now the delicious chicken stuffings are ready ,
  • 9. Now make a paste of Toor dal in the grinder and keep it in a bowl.
  • 10. Add little salt and rice powder with Toor dal paste and add water and make batter.
  • 11. Now heat the pan and make crispy dhosa with this batter by adding butter on the pan.
  • 12. Then keep the dhosa on the plate and fill of the half portion of dhosa with chicken stuffings and fold it with another half portion of the dhosa.
