It is one of the easy & delicious chilli chicken recipe.In this recipe boneless chicken pieces are marinated, fried & seasoned in spicy sauces to get the best Indo-Chinese taste.It combines excellent with fried rice, noodles & any type of Indian bread.

Ingredients For Chilli Chicken Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash & chop the boneless chicken first.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour,cornflour, salt, green chilli paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,vinegar & little water.Make a paste of it.
  • 3. Marinate it for 10 minutes.Then heat oil & deep fry it in medium flame till crisp
  • 4. Drain in kitchen tissue & keep aside.
  • 5. For gravy, heat 2 tsp oil, add chopped garlic ,onion & tomato.Saute it for few minutes.
  • 6. Add chopped capsicum,spring onion & green chilli.Cook it for few more minutes.
  • 7. Add all sauces, vinegar,salt & sugar.
  • 8. Now add fried chicken pieces & mix it well.If you want dry chilli chicken then switch off the flame.
  • 9. For gravy mix 2 tsp cornflour with a cup of hot water without any lump.
  • 10. Add this mixture to chilli chicken & keep the flame in low.
  • 11. Stir well for few minutes & then turn off the flame.
  • 12. Spicy tangy chilli chicken gravy is ready.
