It is an Indo-Chinese spicy dish with a blend of basic Chinese sauces and deep fried to give a crispy texture along with rich enchanting flavours to enhnace your taste buds

Marinate shredded chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, red food colour for 30 minutes, then coat it with cornflour and maida mixed flour , then deep fry in oil .

In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped ginger and garlic, spring onion whites, stir, then add red chilly sauce, soya sauce, schezwan chutney , salt, cornflour slurry and mix, then add fried chicken , stir and garnish with spring onion greens, serve hot.
