Methods

How to make Chocolate mousse Recipe

1. Seperate egg yolk and egg white.
2. Cream sugar ,egg yolk,and mix it nicely.
3. Add boiled milk on a double bolier and cooked it until it becomes thick.
4. Remove from the fire add melted gelatin,vanilla essence ,and cocoa powder and mix it nicely and keep them in a refrigerator for set.
5. When its set add egg white and whipped cream and fold it nicely.
6. Put the mixture in a pudding mould and allow them to set in refrigerator.
7. Unmould it and served it with cheery , chocolate and whipped cream.
