Ingredients For Chocolate Swiss Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Sieve the refined flour alongwith cocoa powder and baking powder 3-4 times.
  • 2. Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually till it becomes light and foamy.
  • 3. Add vanilla essence wile whisking.
  • 4. Fold in flour in 3 parts gently and thouroughly in the egg mixture.
  • 5. Pour the batter in a greased baking tray and bake at 180°c for 20 minutes.
  • 6. When it is hot, demould it and spread hazelnut cocoa spread. Roll it tight using dry cloth or butter paper.
  • 7. Set in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Slice into pieces and serve it.
