Ingredients For Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Whisk the egg white using a hand blender, slowly pouring in the sugar, followed by cream of tartar or vinegar. Depending upon the availability.
  • 2. Once it attains a stiff peak consistency, keep it aside.
  • 3. Now melt the dark compound along with the butter on a double boiler or in a microwave.
  • 4. After it gets melted, add in the egg yolks and mix.
  • 5. Now transfer ÂĽ of whisked egg white in the melted chocolate, and fold.
  • 6. Again transfer it back into the remaining whisked egg white, and fold in gently, using the cut and fold method, so that the air bubble remains intact.
  • 7. Pour them into a fancy see through cup or glass, or say a tequila shot glass, and let it set for 5-6 hours, or over night.
  • 8. The chocolate mousse is ready to be served.
