Ingredients For Coffee Mousse Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Separate egg yolk and egg white.
  • 2. Beat egg yolk along with sugar then add milk in egg mixture.
  • 3. Cook the mixture on a double boiler and check consistency.
  • 4. On other side, beat egg white and cream separately.
  • 5. Soak gelatin in boiling hot water.
  • 6. Cool down the milk mixture at room temperature.
  • 7. Add vanilla essence and gelatin in the mixture and mix it.
  • 8. Add whipped cream and egg white and mix gently then add coffee and mix it.
  • 9. Fill the mousse in a mousse mould and keep it in freezer for 30 minutes to set.
  • 10. Garnish with coffee , cream or herbs.
