Firstly, marinate chicken with little soya sauce, red chili sauce ,red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, tomato ketchup. Set aside for 15 minutes. Now, add corn flour, all purpose flour, egg whites and mix everything together. Now deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown and crisp

In a bowl, mix the remaining sauce, salt as per taste, sugar and vinegar. Set aside.

Now, add the prepared sauce mixture and cook till the sauce slightly thickens. Add the fried chicken. Toss well till the sauces coat the chicken pieces very well. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot immediately.
