Take one egg and open break it in a cup and add any non-veg gravy to it.

Also add pepper, salt and red chilli powder and whisk it well for 30 seconds.

Heat the pan and apply 2 tbsp oil in the pan.

Pour the whisked egg mix in the pan in medium flame, after few seconds turn the corners inside the omelette. Continue the process again and again gently.
5.
After few more seconds the omelette will be thick and lousy inside. Transfer the omelette into a plate to serve.
