Methods
  • 1. Take one egg and open break it in a cup and add any non-veg gravy to it.
  • 2. Also add pepper, salt and red chilli powder and whisk it well for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Heat the pan and apply 2 tbsp oil in the pan.
  • 4. Pour the whisked egg mix in the pan in medium flame, after few seconds turn the corners inside the omelette. Continue the process again and again gently.
  • 5. After few more seconds the omelette will be thick and lousy inside. Transfer the omelette into a plate to serve.
